This form is used exclusively for withdrawal from contract pursuant to Act No. 108/2024 Coll. — i.e. the legal termination of a contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
In accordance with Act No. 108/2024 Coll., you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. After submitting this form, we will send you a confirmation by email.
