2. Conclusion of the purchase contract

2.1 Sending the order by the buyer is considered a proposal to conclude a contract. 2.2 The purchase contract is concluded at the moment when the seller confirms the order (usually by an automatic e-mail “Order confirmation”). 2.3 The buyer may cancel the order without penalties up until the moment of its dispatch.

3. Prices and payment terms

3.1 Prices in the e-shop are final (the seller is not a VAT payer). 3.2 Payment can be made by:

• Bank transfer (VÚB: SK92 0200 0000 0033 7990 3151)

• Cash on delivery upon receipt

• Online card payment (GP Webpay)

4. Delivery terms and liability for damage

4.1 The seller is obliged to deliver the goods within the period stated for the product, no later than within 30 days. 4.2 Important: The risk of accidental destruction or deterioration of the goods passes to the buyer only at the moment of taking over the goods. The seller is liable for the goods during transport. 4.3 Upon receipt, the buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging. If it is damaged, it is recommended not to accept the shipment or to draw up a protocol with the carrier.

5. Withdrawal from the contract within 14 days (Consumer)

5.1 The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from taking over the goods. 5.2 Withdrawal may be exercised in writing to the address of the registered office or by e-mail to regesport@regesport.eu. 5.3 The consumer is obliged to send the goods back at their own expense. The goods must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine their characteristics. 5.4 The seller will refund all payments (including shipping to the customer in the amount of the cheapest delivery method) within 14 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The seller is not obliged to refund the money until the goods or proof of their dispatch have been delivered.

6. Rights arising from liability for defects (Complaints)

6.1 The warranty period is 24 months (unless otherwise stated for the goods). 6.2 If the goods have a defect that can be removed, the buyer has the right to have it removed free of charge or to exchange the item. If the defect cannot be removed, he has the right to a discount on the price or withdrawal from the contract. 6.3 The buyer applies for a complaint by sending the goods to the address: Peter Haratík, J.Š.Šikuru 76, 036 08 Martin. 6.4 The seller will issue a confirmation of the complaint and will handle it no later than within 30 days.

7. Alternative dispute resolution (ARS)

7.1 If the consumer is not satisfied with the handling of the complaint, he has the right to submit a proposal to initiate an ARS entity (e.g. SOI or via the RSO platform on ).
